Sara Edward Wayne

Sara Edward Wayne founded Outlaw Cosmetics, owns Outlaw Beauty Bar and works as a Master Lash and Brow Artist. She brings about 20 years of experience in the Hollywood beauty industry, and has been doing lashes for 13 of those years. Her work covers makeup, lashes and brows for film, television and on-camera projects. Her work has appeared on the red carpet, in magazines and on television, and she has been featured for expert commentary in Harper's Bazaar, Glamour, InStyle, The Zoe Report, Byrdie, Who What Wear, IPSY and Beauty News NYC.

Before starting her own business, she held corporate and retail roles at MAC Cosmetics, Clinique and Smashbox, covering human resources, retail management and business management. She works in branding and has a record of scaling beauty brands. She also mentors young women on career development in the beauty industry.

She completed the Makeup and Special Effects Artist for Film and TV certification at Joe Blasco Makeup Artistry Academy. Her lash certifications come from Lavish Lashes, Bella Lashes and Lashbox LA, and include a lash educator and instructor credential and mega volume. Permanent makeup training is from Elite Permanent Makeup Center and AZ Brow Academy, and brow training in combo brows, ombre and powder brows, and brow removal is from The Brow Effect. Her approach centres on helping clients look and feel their best.
