About
Sara Dowran runs Sada Cosmetic NP, where she serves as Master Injector. She qualified as a nurse practitioner in 2013 and spent time in inpatient and outpatient care with a hospitalist group in Dallas. Roughly five years ago she moved into advanced aesthetic medicine, and she also founded ReNuMi Medical Wellness, a virtual internal medicine clinic providing telehealth. Her aesthetic education began with art, drawing and facial sculpting study before nursing school, and includes specialized aesthetic medicine courses held in Zurich, Washington DC, Boston, Houston, Miami and Dallas. She trained in Sculptra under Dr. Rajani in Oregon, took advanced lip injection training with Julie Horne in Switzerland, and has advanced specialized training in Radiesse. Her focus areas are Botox, lip and perioral filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, microneedling, facial PRF, EZ Gel and PRF/PRP hair restoration. She aims for injectable results that look natural rather than obvious.
