Sandy Voltaire-Sutherland

Sandy Voltaire-Sutherland founded A Renewed Path Psych & Wellness and oversees its primary care and wellness services as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She holds board certification as both a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), with dual certifications issued through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has more than ten years of experience spanning psychiatric and primary care. In psychiatry she assesses and diagnoses ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety and depression, and manages medication using CNS Vital Signs neurocognitive tools. She offers brief psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive counseling, and provides Medication-Assisted Treatment. In family and primary care she handles complex conditions where mental and physical health overlap. Her background includes extensive corrections-based behavioral health work. Her practice serves veterans, youth and low-income patients, with telehealth access across the state. She speaks English and Creole. Outside the clinic, she is an active member of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and she mentors emerging advanced practice clinicians and supports equitable healthcare policy.
