Sandra Chang

Sandra Chang is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who leads the clinic and owns Provenance Aesthetics & Wellness. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) and graduated from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Physician Assistant Program in 2009. Before she moved into aesthetics, her clinical background spanned neurosurgery, general surgery, cardiopulmonary medicine, emergency medicine and family medicine. She has more than 16 years of medical and surgical experience.

Her treatments include neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, PRF and PRP, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels and PDO threads. She is certified to inject neuromodulators and dermal fillers and to perform PRF/PRP, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels and PDO threads. She is also a certified Biote provider who administers Biote hormone pellet therapy. She oversees the medical side of the weight loss program and gives weight loss clients one-on-one care, including ongoing monitoring for side effects.

Continuing education and research into current best practices in aesthetic medicine are a focus for her. She builds individualized plans and uses patient education so clients can make informed choices.
