Samuel E. Castillo

Samuel E. Castillo works at the clinic as a physician assistant (PA-C) and is certified and licensed as a physician assistant. He earned a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from St. Francis University. He also holds bachelor's degrees in Physician Assistant Studies and in Athletic Training, with a minor in Exercise Science, and is a certified athletic trainer. He is fluent in English and Spanish. At the clinic he assesses and manages musculoskeletal disorders, carries out ultrasound-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures, and coordinates treatment plans. Earlier in his career he first-assisted on orthopedic surgeries of the shoulders, knees and hips and performed intra-articular injections, joint aspirations and postoperative care. His athletic training and rehabilitation experience includes rehabilitation clinics and high school and collegiate athletic programs. He founded Castle Athletics & Recovery, a practice that treats musculoskeletal injuries.
