About
Samara Garth is the creator of Root'd in Dallas. She is a licensed cosmetologist with over 30 years of experience, trained at Toni & Guy Academy, where she graduated, and holds a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
She has worked with many different hair textures and served many women in the Dallas area over most of her career, with clients who travel in from across the country. In 2017 she stepped back from working in the salon, launching the cookie business Crush Sweets and the Hot Comb Chronicles conversation series.
She brings a business background to the work, delivering services in a professional way and focusing on a thorough, thoughtful experience at every visit with client comfort as a priority. She is also available for speaking events and workshops in the community.
