Glam By Sam is a makeup artistry business in South St. Paul, Minnesota, run by its owner, who also works as its makeup artist. Training began in 2016 with an apprenticeship under a local makeup artist, focused on professional application for television, editorial and bridal work. In 2017 the independent business opened, offering traditional and airbrush makeup. Bookings cover bridal, event, editorial and commercial work, along with airbrush makeup. Clients include brides, bridal parties, event clients, and photoshoot and editorial clients. Since the business started, the count stands at more than 80 events and 32 photo shoots. Additional training includes The Knot's Bridal Beauty Master Class and the Temptu Airbrush for Advanced Makeup Artists master class.
