Sam Norris owns Fuzed & Bonded, a permanent jewelry business founded to offer permanent jewelry. Worked in cosmetology since 2019, doing hair, makeup and nails. Permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings and body chains are custom fit and welded closed, with an optional clasp for removal. Chains are 14k gold filled or sterling silver, long lasting and will not turn, tarnish or rust. Anklets are $55, bracelets $45 and necklaces $65 in gold, stainless steel or mixed metals, and charms are $10 or $15 each.

Appointments are by appointment only: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9 PM, and Friday through Sunday by message depending on availability. Texts that include a client's name and what they want to book are preferred. Sam also travels for events such as birthdays, showers, fundraisers, conventions and small pop-ups. A broken piece is re-welded free within 30 days if it was bought from Fuzed & Bonded and broke at the jump ring; otherwise a re-weld is $10. Bracelet removal is complimentary, and permanent jewelry is non-refundable once attached.
