About
Sam M. Sukkar founded The Clinic for Plastic Surgery in Houston and leads the clinic, which includes PS Med Spa. He practices as a board-certified plastic surgeon in Houston and Clear Lake, has more than 20 years of practice, and helped design the facility. He earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology summa cum laude and a medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He trained in general surgery at University of Texas Hermann Hospital and completed a plastic surgery fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago. He is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Houston Society of Plastic Surgery. His practice centers on breast surgery, body contouring, facial surgery, hair transplantation and non-invasive treatments, including VASER Hi-Def Lipo, also called high-definition liposuction. He tailors breast implant type and size, and Mommy Makeover plans, to each patient. For full facial rejuvenation, he often combines a facelift with blepharoplasty, a brow lift and facial fat grafting. He has published across a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive topics and attends plastic surgery meetings in the U.S. and abroad for continuing medical education. Many of his new patients are referred by other surgeons and former patients. He was named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in 2023, is recognized as a RealSelf Top Doctor, received the Vitals Patient's Choice Award, and was named one of Houston's Top Docs for Women by Houston Magazine.
