Sally Hall is a CMT at Raven and Wren Wellness in Berkeley. Her training was a program of more than 1,500 hours at The Swedish Institute, covering anatomy and physiology, pathology, and the energetic body through shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine. Since then, continued study has included manual lymph drainage, craniosacral therapy, scar tissue realignment and neuromuscular reprogramming. Sessions offer craniosacral therapy, intraoral massage, neuromuscular reprogramming and post-surgical massage. Clients come to her for pre- and peri-natal care, post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash and scoliosis.

Approach: Each session begins with intuitive listening to pinpoint key zones of energetic and physical imbalance. The aim is to guide the body toward a steadier internal balance, always within the client's comfort range. The approach works best when the parasympathetic system is engaged and the client is at rest.
