Sade founded Follicle & Flow, where she works as a Certified Hair Loss Practitioner. She has more than 15 years of experience with hair loss in men and women. Her training includes certification from the US Trichology Institute (USTI) and a hair loss certification from the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). Her client work has covered alopecia, CCCA, PCOS-related shedding, postpartum hair loss, seborrheic dermatitis and stress-induced thinning. Her work also includes crochet braids, natural styles, thinning hair and locs. She works on a non-medical basis and does not diagnose medical conditions.
