Sabrina Rowe co-founded Tu La 2 Nail Salon & Company with her twin sister, Sharlinda Parker, and also co-founded Tu La 2 Luxe Mobile Nailery. She is a twin celebrity manicurist and goes by Brie. She has 30 or more years of expertise in the nail and beauty industry. With her sister, she has worked in the nail care industry for a combined 60-plus years. She serves as an educator and mentor for the next generation of beauty professionals and leads the Tu La 2 Nail Masterclasses with Sharlinda Parker. She also co-designed the Tu La 2 Cuticle Oil Pen.
