Dr. Sabeen Munib founded Spectrum Skin Clinic, where she works as physician and medical director. She is a non-surgical cosmetic dermatologist with over 15 years in the field, practicing in Orange County and the Irvine area. Her approach aims for natural-looking outcomes and skin care plans fitted to each patient. Her clinical focus covers acne scars, surgical scars and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, along with correcting filler that has moved or was misplaced, including filler injected by other clinics throughout Southern California. She offers regenerative treatments that use PRFM, exosomes, polynucleotides and collagen stimulators. She has trained extensively to select laser and light devices for darker and melanin-rich skin, and she treats patients with a wide range of skin tones. Natural facial balancing and lip augmentation are also part of her practice. Before giving any neuromodulator, she evaluates the facial muscles both at rest and during movement. She selects between Botox and Dysport according to how fast each takes effect, how far it spreads and how the patient responded previously. She personally performs every injection, beginning with conservative doses and scheduling a review two weeks later. Masseter Botox is offered for jaw slimming and for clenching or TMJ-related tension, with both sides of the jaw assessed and prior dental work taken into account. She carries out filler dissolving herself, using ultrasound imaging and working in stages. Sculptra is injected by her directly rather than by another injector.
