Ruthie owns and runs Ruthie's Gel Nail Studio LLC and is a licensed nail technician. She trained at Nail Tech School, starting in April 2025, and passed the license exam at the end of July 2025. Before that, she taught herself builder gel and structure gel techniques beginning in 2020, using online tutorials and practice.
She opened her private studio in 2025 after becoming licensed and works in South Overland Park. Her focus is builder gel manicures and Russian-style dry cuticle care, along with gel color options and nail art. She works one-on-one with each client and enjoys clients who arrive with a design in mind, creating it together with them.
