Ruby Luu

Ruby Luu is co-founder and chief practitioner. She began her career in 2011 and has more than a decade of experience in semi-permanent beauty. She leads lash lift and brow lamination appointments at the Costa Mesa studio as Master Artist, and is award-winning.

She trained at Branko Babic PhiAcademy and graduated as a Master Assistant. Ruby has spoken at regional and global industry events as an invited speaker, has served as a national microblading competition judge and has headed a judging panel. Her work has also been featured at regional and global industry events.

Her signature method combines Nano-Stroke microblading with soft powder shading, with a style that is natural, soft and balanced. Her solution timing and technique shift with hair type, including over-processed or fine, fragile lashes and brows, and she leads practical lessons and live procedures for students in the Nano Shading course.
