Rubens Franz is a hairstylist at Rubens Franz Hair Studio in Houston. Formal training began at a beauty school in Brazil at age 13. After moving to the USA in 2015, he trained at cosmetology school to build skills and meet local licensing requirements, and has since taken advanced classes with hairstylists from the USA, Brazil and Europe.
