About
Roxanne Funes is the stylist at Hair by Roxanne Funes in Cedar Park. After graduating she worked in banking and corporate finance before moving into hair. She started cosmetology school at age 26 and went through a year-long intensive at Ruiz Salon in downtown Austin.
Her hair care career spans more than 20 years, with work in runway, print and wedding styling. Her training includes advanced study in color techniques and color correction, and she stays current on cut and color styles through continuing study.
Her work covers color, cut and style, from natural shades to pastel hues. She treats these as one complete package and plans the route with clients who arrive with a look in mind but no clear path to it. Her goal is that every client ends up loving the hair they have.
