Rosie

Rosie is the owner of RO16 and works as a stylist, makeup artist and extension specialist. She has worked as a stylist and makeup artist for over 20 years, and has been styling brides and wedding parties for more than 15 years. She has been featured in bridal magazines for her bridal styling and makeup.

Her hair work covers haircuts, color, extensions and styling. She works with thick, hard-to-manage hair to add texture and movement, and with flat, thin hair to add volume. She also works with blonde hair and with clients who want fun color. She keeps up with styles and trends through advanced education classes. Bridal clients can book her at the salon or on location, whichever is more convenient for the bride.
