Roman Sterling is a stylist at Lucere Salon, where he has worked as a hairstylist for over 15 years. Before settling in Washington, DC, he spent many years working in New York's Upper West Side and in Boston. He trained at Pivot Point International and has since completed refresher and technique training with Wella, Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy and Master of Balayage. He works across classic and modern cuts, from short styles to long hair, and offers natural color, lived-in looks, color correction and highlights.
