Rocio Vargas

Rocio Vargas founded the academy and leads its cosmetology instruction as lead cosmetologist. She holds a cosmetologist license. Her certifications include bridal makeup, social and special event makeup, editorial makeup, airbrush makeup, European hairstyling methods, and balayage coloring. She is also certified as a Master in Pattern Making and Dressmaking, known as Corte y Confección, in Mexico. She has been based in the United States for over two decades and continues to study makeup artistry, hairstyling and color theory.
