About

Robert James founded the salon and works as a colorist and balayage expert. He began his professional career as a colorist and educator at Vidal Sassoon in Beverly Hills and has more than 15 years of hands-on industry experience. He has worked as a hair colorist for celebrities, television and top international fashion magazines, and has designed hair colors for Gwen Stefani, Alyssa Milano and Kelly Osborne. His editorial work has appeared in Italian Vogue, Flaunt, Arena and Allure. He is known for classic foil highlights and unique color solutions, and his specialties include balayage, Brazilian Blowouts, re-texturizing, deep conditioning, sunkissed highlights, and extensions for natural-looking volume, length and color. He plans and adjusts each color one-on-one with clients until they are satisfied, and brings the same commitment and detail to every client.
