Robert H. Cohen, M.D.

Dr. Cohen founded the practice and performs cosmetic procedures at both the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles offices. He holds a BA in neurophysiology from the University of California, San Diego (1981) and an MD from the University of Health Sciences at The Chicago Medical School (1985). His postgraduate training took place at White Memorial Medical Center and Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center, followed by plastic and reconstructive surgery research fellowships at the University of California and a clinical fellowship under Dr. Bernard Koire. He has more than 20 years across clinical research, teaching, cosmetic surgery and non-invasive cosmetic procedures. He has extensive surgical experience and knowledge of nasal vascular anatomy. His board certification is from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, and he is not a board-certified plastic surgeon. Beyond his UCLA faculty post, he works as an international trainer for the Cellular Medicine Association, instructing physicians in the P-Shot, O-Shot and Vampire procedures. He belongs to the American Medical Association and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. His focus areas are Profile Balancing, non-surgical nose jobs, Vampire treatments, neurotoxins, and fillers for the face and body. Vampire treatments offered include facials, breast lifts and the Vambooty treatment for the derriere. He performs the Vampire breast lift in the office using a sterile centrifugal process and a PRP injection technique. He also treats regenerative biostimulators, including PRP and PRF procedures, alongside fillers and neurotoxins. Each patient receives a full medical history and a focused physical exam. He received the Paul Starke Warrior Award, given locally and statewide for service to the HIV community. He has been featured in BuzzFeed, Glamour, the Daily Mirror (U.K.), The Hollywood Reporter and To Tell The Truth (ABC Television).
