Richard Greenberg is the founder and medical director of Ageless Remedies, a Charlotte medical spa and laser center. Before moving into aesthetic medicine, he spent over 30 years in neurosurgery, pairing operating work with academic teaching. He held faculty posts at the Medical College of Virginia and the University of Arizona and has written roughly 100 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on neurosurgery and physiology. In surgery he used lasers to remove brain and spinal cord tumors, and he used Botox therapeutically for muscle spasms, along with dermal fillers to rebuild skull deformities caused by trauma or disease. He started his aesthetic practice after retiring from neurosurgery. He specializes in lasers and injectables. He belongs to the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
