Richard Gaines

Richard Gaines is Chief Medical Officer of LifeGaines Med Spa in Boca Raton and also serves as Chief Medical Officer of the practice's regenerative medicine and therapy program. His work spans hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, platelet-rich plasma, stem cell treatments, aesthetic care and advanced anti-aging treatments. He developed a pulse therapy for erectile dysfunction in 2016 and has since developed a newer treatment that pairs focused pulse energy with stem cell exosomes.

He attended Boston University School of Medicine and graduated in 1981. He completed an internship at Tufts University of Medicine and a residency at Harvard School of Medicine, and he specialized in anesthesiology at Harvard Brigham Women's Hospital. Earlier positions include work as a physician at Huntington Memorial Hospital and as an anesthesiologist with Harvard Community Health and Sheridan Healthcorp.

He has spoken at medical symposiums to introduce and train other physicians, and he serves as a trainer and advisor for Dr. Charles Runels's procedures. He has years of experience in age management medicine, performs FUE hair transplant procedures, and continues to develop new anti-aging treatments. Patients travel to see him from Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and across the state.
