Rhonda Glenn founded Nappy or Not Salon and has worked in the beauty industry since December 1995. She works as a hair stylist and salon owner.
She also works as a speaker and lecturer on entrepreneurship, motivation and artistry, and runs multiple ventures across beauty, fashion, real estate and the liberal arts. She has taught apprentices, several of whom went on to open their own salons.
She has developed a product line and is expanding into apparel design. She offers speaking sessions and a mastermind class on owning and operating a salon, plus an Empowerment Series on leadership, communication and resilience.
