About
Rhea Brown founded RhEAL Cosmetics in 2017 and also founded the RhEAL Spa. She holds a BSN and works as a registered nurse, and she is a certified medical esthetician and a licensed electrologist. After earning her degree in 2018, she moved into the oncology field.
As master formulator, she has developed more than 141 handmade products. Her training includes executive education from Harvard Business School and a cosmetic chemistry certification from Spelman College. She has six years of experience in natural and organic skincare and esthetics.
She teaches as an associate professor at the Florida Academy of Medical Esthetics in Pembroke Pines and mentors skincare professionals.
