Renee Calecim

Renee Calecim is a hair stylist, yoga instructor and health coach who works at Renee K Hair & Wellness. She is a Certified Calecim Professional and provides Calecim hair restoration, with a personalized assessment and an emphasis on setting realistic expectations. Since 2017 she has folded wellness practices into both her hair services and the space where she works.

She has taught and practiced yoga for more than two decades. Her restorative training came through Lasater Yoga's Level 1 Relax and Renew program, a year-long course, and she is currently studying Experiential Anatomy with the same organization. Her classes combine restorative work, slow flow and vinyasa with attention to breath, movement and mindfulness.

Her health coaching training began at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she earned certification as a Holistic Health Coach in fall 2013 and has kept studying since. She completed a Level 1 herbalism apprenticeship with Brittany Wood Nickerson in 2014 and a Level 2 apprenticeship with The Boston School of Herbal Studies in 2024. She runs a six-month wellness coaching program over Zoom, with sessions twice a month.
