Regina owns RTS Beauty Co. and works as a licensed cosmetologist in Maryland and Virginia. Her focus is personalized skin guidance: identifying what is behind a concern, simplifying a routine and setting practical next steps, with a particular focus on women over 40 noticing shifts in dryness, sensitivity, breakouts or pigmentation.
Her training combines Ayurvedic study with nutrition and wellness education. She holds a Diploma in Ayurvedic Studies, completed Yoga Anatomy training through Maharishi International University, is certified in Gut Health Nutrition and holds a Detox and Rejuvenation Certification. She is currently completing a 200-hour Meditation Teacher Certification.
Her Ayurvedic skin and lifestyle mentorship covers daily habits, nutrition, stress and routines.
