Regina Rutka

Regina Rutka owns Polished By Design, which she opened in December 2017 to create a better balance between work and life. She completed a marketing degree at UNC before enrolling in cosmetology school, where she trained to work in both hair and nails.

Her first job was at a salon with an apprenticeship program and a strong focus on continuing education, and she worked there for five years before opening her own salon.

She specializes in weightless spa pedicures, shellac manicures and natural nail art, and she gives each client her full attention during the appointment.
