About

Regina Rodman is a facial plastic and craniofacial surgeon at Face Forward Houston in Houston, Texas. She holds double board certification in facial plastic and craniofacial surgery. Her otolaryngology (ENT surgery) residency was at the University of Texas Houston, where she served as chief resident in her final year and was voted resident of the year. Her subspecialty work at SUNY Upstate in New York centred on craniomaxillofacial procedures alongside facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, followed by a fellowship in craniofacial surgery and complex head and neck reconstruction.

Her practice addresses both bone and soft tissue concerns of the face and neck. Procedures include deep plane facelifts, lip lifts, brow lifts, chin surgery, jaw implants, and osseous genioplasty in one-piece or three-piece form, plus V-Line jaw-angle contouring, often combined with reduction genioplasty. She also treats athletes for nasal obstruction caused by sinus disease, septal deviation or sports-related facial trauma, and uses Botox for facial spasms such as synkinesis and spasm after Bell's palsy. Hyperbaric chamber therapy is offered at her Houston office. Her patients include people born with a facial defect, people with cancer or trauma affecting the face, and people seeking a change in appearance.

Botox plans are built around each patient's facial anatomy and goals, with a conservative approach; in Bell's palsy cases the aim is to balance the unaffected side with the weaker side. She holds that patients should understand both chin implants and osseous genioplasty before choosing between them.

She has written articles, peer-reviewed journal papers and textbook chapters on reconstructive surgery, has presented at meetings across the country, and has been an invited speaker at several academic institutions. She received leadership grants from the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and was elected a delegate for the student sections of the American Medical Association and the Association of American Medical Colleges. According to the practice, she was named a Texas Super Doctor by Texas Monthly for 2021 through 2025, a Texas Rising Star from 2017 to 2020, a RealSelf 500 Doctor and a Houston Top Doctor by H-Texas Magazine, and won first place in the Houston Society of Otolaryngology Resident Research Competition. The practice also describes her as one of the world's leading facial plastic surgeons.
