Rebecca Waggoner

Rebecca Waggoner founded Out of Office Aesthetic Medicine, where she serves as lead provider over weight loss, hormone optimization, peptide and IV therapy care. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and works as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), a role in which she is nationally board-certified. She practices as a nurse practitioner and can prescribe in Texas and Washington state. With more than 30 years in clinical nursing, including an extended period in cardiology, she has also trained in injectable aesthetics, medical weight management, bioidentical hormone replacement, laser technologies and IV therapy. Weight loss treatment begins with a look at health history, goals and current medications, along with an assessment of hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance and cardiovascular risk. Her approach uses GLP-1 medications, places strength training and protein at the start, doses conservatively, and includes check-ins throughout. When suitable, she combines hormone therapy and peptides with weight loss plans. For hormone care, she compares hormone levels with symptoms and goals to shape an individualized protocol. At the office she gives IM vitamin injections and IV sessions, suggests either the injection or the drip for each client, and checks health history and any contraindications before every session.
