Raushana J.

Raushana J. owns Iman Beauty Collective and works as a master hair designer with more than 20 years of experience in hair. She completed her initial cosmetology education at Dudley's Beauty Academy and has since taken continuing education in styling, color, round brushing and creative cutting.

Her training includes style sessions taught by Kim Kimble, Clairol color technique classes with Kyiah Wright, round brushing classes with Cantrell Mitchell, Matrix Color and Paul Mitchell Color classes, and Vidal Sassoon creative cutting classes. She also has education in hair cutting, coloring and product knowledge.

Her specialties are natural hair, hair extensions, haircutting and hair coloring techniques. She also has experience working behind the scenes in New York for photoshoots and fashion shows, including Uptown Fashion Week during New York Fashion Week.
