Raphael Isho

Raphael Isho is the owner of Raphael International Salon and Spa and works at the Sterling Heights, Michigan location. He began operating his own salon at age 14 and has more than 30 years of experience in hair styling.

He is an international award-winning master stylist. He won five individual trophies at the 2006 international styling competition in Germany and the gold medal at the OMC World Championship in Paris in November 2010. He has appeared as a guest on local, cable and national TV shows.

His work centers on fantasy, runway and evening styles, such as basket weaves and show stoppers. He also designs runway gowns and hair styles for fashion shows. He works as a platform artist and coordinator for local, national and international hair shows, and gives demonstrations, educational presentations and workshops as a speaker and instructor. He created an instructional DVD series on fantasy and evening hair styling and is a member of the Michigan Cosmetology Education Committee and the National Cosmetology Association. He styles all types of hair regardless of race.
