About
Randi Carrozza co-owns G Lab Aesthetics with Lauren Shanker. Her background includes work as an ER nurse and, for several years, as a family nurse practitioner in pediatrics.
She holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and completed a fellowship in aesthetic medicine at the American Academy for Advancement of Medicine. She also trained with the Cellular Medicine Association to provide the PRP facial.
She has advanced credentials in facial injectables, PDO threads, chemical peels and laser treatment for facial rejuvenation, as well as invasive and non-invasive body contouring and vein sclerotherapy.

- Before a treatment plan is drawn up, goals are talked through at considerable length with each patient.
