Randa Sleiman is an owner of Bahia Clinical Aesthetics and a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of experience in beauty therapy. After moving to Ohio, she worked as an aesthetician, permanent makeup artist and electrologist at a beauty clinic in Gahanna, and later co-managed that clinic with its owner.

She pursued certification in laser hair removal and worked with Columbus Laser Spa in Columbus. She is licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board and keeps up with the latest techniques in her field.
