Rand Rusher

Rand Rusher founded Rush to Beauty and practises there as a registered nurse (RN, BSN, CANS). He graduated from California State University and has more than 20 years in surgical and dermatologic medicine. For seven years he worked as a surgical nurse at the Norris Cancer Hospital and Research Center of the University of Southern California.

In 1999 he became lead injection specialist at the Leaf & Rusher Medical Skincare Clinic, working with Dr. Norman Leaf. In 2002 the two of them developed Leaf & Rusher Skincare, a line built on non-acid technology with active and botanical ingredients. His published articles appear in Hero's, the Journal of Oncology Nursing, AORN Journal and Journal of School Nursing. He was featured on the reality series Pretty Hurts, which premiered in 2011 and has aired in more than 38 countries. W Magazine listed him in its Black Book of World's Best Addresses.

Known for injection and skincare consulting, he is one of the country's most sought-after consultants in those areas. He trains other RNs and doctors in injectables, leads trainings throughout the year for Allergan and Galderma, and sometimes offers private injection training when enough students enroll.
