Ramón Walker created the Beautness system and founded Salon Ramón. He has worked in hair for more than 40 years. Before developing Beautness, he spent over 15 years as a master stylist at international and national levels, teaching and promoting beauty brands. He built the system after noticing that looking good on the outside did not always translate into confidence within, and he now works as a Beautness Coach. He holds advanced certifications.
