Ramon Ector

Ramon Ector is a physiotherapist on the DR Medical Associates team. He earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Howard University and holds B.S., M.S., M.A., MBA and DPT degrees. He has over 30 years of healthcare experience, with specialties in orthopedics, sports medicine and neurological rehabilitation.

He was commissioned in the U.S. Air Force and worked as a physical therapist at Lackland Air Force Base. He later served in the U.S. Public Health Service, attached to the U.S. Coast Guard, and was the only physical therapist at the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut, where he worked with Division III athletes on conditioning and injury prevention. In all he completed over 25 years of uniformed service across the Army, Air Force and Public Health Service.

After uniformed service he served Veterans at a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Carrollton, Georgia.
