Rafael Montenegro

Rafael Montenegro is a senior stylist with more than 20 years of experience. He trained at the Wella Cosmetology Academy in Panama and the Paul Mitchell Academy in Austin. His specialties are color correction, textured hair and custom color. He offers customized cuts, dimensional color, balayage, highlights, ombré, color correction, texture services and hair makeovers, and he is comfortable working with textured and ethnic hair. His work blends science and artistry toward healthy hair, with results shaped around each guest.
