About
Rachel Lockhart founded Rachel's Make-up and Brow Studio, which opened in 2003 on Newbury Street in Boston. Before opening her own studio, she worked at several Boston salons. She trained in both classic beauty makeup and special effects makeup.
Her work has appeared in Allure, Lucky and Real Simple, and she appeared on MTV's Made as a makeup and brow expert. Clients include people from the editorial, television and creative arts fields. Boston Magazine named her Best Make-Up Artist in 2002.
She is known for eyebrow shaping and individualized makeup applications.
