Rachael McCracken, D.O.

Rachael McCracken, D.O., founded Primary Care Simplified, where she practices as Dr. McCracken and provides physician care. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in General Health Sciences from Purdue University, with a minor in Biology. Her medical degree is from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, and she also holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University's Tulsa campus.

Her family medicine training came through the Rural Family Medicine residency program at the University of Oklahoma, and she is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. She oversees the practice's aesthetic treatments and is certified in several aesthetic services, among them injectables, dermal fillers and nutraceuticals. She was trained in the EvexiPEL method for pellet hormone therapy.

Weight management without surgery is offered through slim shots. Individualized plans cover patients and their family members, including disease prevention.
