Rachael Lucia owns Rachael Lucia Hair and works from East Coast Beauty Lounge in Wilmington. She is a licensed Massachusetts cosmetologist with 16 years of experience and has run her own business since October 2020. Her early training consisted of three years shadowing several stylists, followed by more than eight years working under a stylist certified by ABCH, and she graduated from Lowell Hair Academy in 2010. Continuing education includes color courses and theory instruction from Tutto, Wella, Redken and All Nutrient, plus in-person classes taught by Lisa Kelley, Jamie Sea, Gina Bianca, Larisa Love, Tabatha Coffey, DevaCurl, Cezanne Keratin and Lati, the last of which covered bridal hair.
