R Morgan Davoudi

R Morgan Davoudi, MD, FACS, is a plastic surgeon who holds board certification from two bodies: the American Board of Plastic Surgery (certified November 2003, recertified November 2013) and the American Board of Surgery (December 2002). He has more than 30 years of experience and has carried out over 50,000 procedures. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University in 1990 and his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine in 1994. He completed a surgery internship and general surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia, followed by a plastic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Memphis from 1999 to 2001. He later held a faculty post as Assistant Professor in plastic and reconstructive surgery with the University of Tennessee's Memphis campus. He mentors first- and second-year medical students in the Clinical Mentor Program at the Medical College of Georgia, holds certification as an American Red Cross instructor, and is frequently asked to speak and consult locally and nationally. His surgical work includes breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, gynecomastia treatment, liposuction, tummy tuck, rhinoplasty and facelift, as well as brow lift performed with the endoscopic technique. He prescribes Obagi products after examining each patient's skin. Patients often remark on his thoughtful, approachable and friendly manner. He has been featured in The Distinction Series and in an Atl Life Magazine article. He is listed with the AMA Top Physicians Award (2005, 2009, 2012 and 2015) and the Southeastern Surgical Society Gold Medal Research Award (1995 and 1997). Peers nominated him for Accent Gwinnett's list of Gwinnett's Best Doctors.
