Quincy works as a loctician and founded Quincy's Miracle Hands in 2015, with over 25 years of experience in loc work. She has appeared in many hair shows, has earned best hair stylist honors numerous times, and was featured in Passions Magazine.
Beauty work began in St. Lucia when Quincy was 10. After moving to the United States, she worked as a shampoo assistant for a professional hairstylist before building a career of her own.
