Prem Tripathi

Prem Tripathi is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and the surgeon at Bay Hills Plastic Surgery in Alamo, California. He also leads the team that provides MedSpa treatments under Bay Hills Skin, and he sees patients in Danville and the East Bay.

He began his education with a bachelor's degree in biochemistry and molecular biology from UC Davis. He then completed a Master of Public Health with an epidemiology focus from Tulane's School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. His MD came from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, with medical school studies running from 2009 to 2013. The Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society honored him in September 2013, an honor issued through the Keck School.

His work centers on eye rejuvenation, including upper and lower blepharoplasty and Winged Blepharoplasty, a technique he developed. He also performs primary, revision and ethnic rhinoplasty, along with facelifts, lip lifts and other facial enhancements. For eyelid surgery he adjusts the approach to each patient's eye structure, cosmetic goals and lifestyle, and offers several surgical options. Consultations are personalized, and each treatment plan is built around the individual.
