Porsha Newby owns The Skintechnician and works as a licensed esthetician. Her training at SMI of Arizona includes manual lymphatic drainage and Ayurveda skin typing in 2019, and advanced Brazilians, microneedling, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, natural detoxification and skin diagnosis, and resurfacing techniques for acne, aging and sun-damaged skin in 2020.
She continued her education through Skin Script, completing skincare reboot and superficial chemical peel training in 2022. In 2024 she trained at Integrated Aesthetics Institute in microchanneling and microneedling collagen induction therapy. Her ongoing study centers on aging and sun-damaged skin, microcurrent, natural detoxification, microneedling, massage, and advanced peels and resurfacing.
She welcomes clients coming in for a one-time relaxing treatment, regular monthly visits, or a planned series of targeted treatments. She also incorporates herbs into her treatments and product formulations.
