Polina Nikolaeva founded FACECO in 2023 and created the FACECO Method. She leads its method, standards and instruction across both studios and the business's academy. She has more than 13 years of clinical experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, with a focus on facial anatomy and skin health, and she practiced dermatology in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
She has more than seven years of specialization in buccal massage. Her training includes eight years of medical education in Saint Petersburg, along with physical therapy. She has also created an expert-designed buccal massage training program for professionals that covers buccal massage and the FACECO Method, and she has trained thousands of practitioners.
