Phyllis, called Phyl, is the owner and artist of The Gleaux Studio. She specializes in eyebrow design and semi-permanent makeup. She began her career in accounting and finance and expanded into semi-permanent makeup in 2019. She holds multiple certifications in permanent makeup and microshading and is a licensed tattoo artist in the State of Texas. She is also certified in bloodborne pathogens. Her aim is to enhance natural beauty and help clients feel better about their appearance.
