About

Pete Salais is an owner and tattoo artist at Pistol Pete's Tattoo Saloon, with more than 25 years of tattooing experience and 10 years of training in the tattooing and microblading industry. He is known for custom tattoo work and advanced cover-ups.

His tattoo work covers realism, black and grey, portraits, memorial pieces and religious imagery. For permanent makeup, he offers microblading and cosmetic tattooing. Before tattooing, he studies composition, contrast, placement and how a design fits the body. He personally evaluates each project and may refer it to another artist at the salon whose strengths suit the work.
