Penny Driggers

Penny Driggers is a stylist and the former owner of Hairlines United Inc. She first came to Sun City in 1986 and worked at Marie's Beauty Salon for 10 years before opening her own salon in Ruskin. She completed the 1,200-hour cosmetology class at East Bay High School before taking the state licensing exam. She served as a Senior National Color Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems for 10 years while working behind the chair. She specializes in all aspects of color services and enjoys meeting new clients each week as well as serving long-time clients. She works Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday.
